Harbor is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Associate Consultant with experience in implementing technology solutions to join our team. This role involves hands-on software implementation, client onboarding, issue resolution, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You’ll play a key role in bridging technical capabilities with business needs while continuously improving our support and implementation processes.

Work Location & Hours: This is a remote/hybrid position in India.   For the first 3-6 months, employees will align with USA business hours (9am - 5pm EST).  Following these first several months, Harbor will adjust the schedule to better fit India hours based on long-term Harbor and client needs.  The long-term schedule will be finalized after the first 9 months of employment.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support software solutions based on customer requirements.

• Engage with clients to understand their business processes and recommend suitable configurations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently, coordinating with technical teams as needed.

• Be open to learning new technologies, such as Salesforce, Litify, Agiloft, Ironclad, Onit, and TeamConnect to support Harbor implementation projects.

• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.

• Serve as a liaison between product, engineering, and customers to advocate for user needs and product improvements.

• Contribute to the creation of documentation, training materials, and internal knowledge bases.

• Manage multiple priorities and maintain clear communication throughout implementation or support lifecycles.

• Identify areas for process optimization and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience, Education and Qualifications:  

• Degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Science, Economics, Statistics, Accounting or Data & Analytics.   

• Understanding of the implementation process including requirement analysis, design, configuration/development, migration, testing, and change management.   

• Strong observational, analytical and numerical reasoning skills.   

• Effective communication and storytelling skills (written and spoken).   

• Excels in a cooperative team environment.   

• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and entrepreneurial spirit with an eagerness to quickly learn and develop new skills.   

• Competent in the following areas: problem solving, customer-focus, communication, collaboration and punctuality.   

• Advanced computer skills (primarily Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio); familiarity with use of Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint as collaboration tools.   

• Proficiency in the following technical areas: Java, Python, XML, JQUERY/JSON, REST APIs is an advantage.   

• Proficiency in SQL is an advantage.
