Sales Development Representative Full Time (Healthcare/Pharmaceutical/Dental Industry)

And we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative   to conduct outbound sales to potential healthcare customers. This role involves managing a sales pipeline, nurturing leads, and ensuring consistent communication to help grow the client's business.

 

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct outbound sales outreach via calls, emails, and follow-ups.

•Manage a CRM tool to track leads and update their status.

•Nurture and convert leads into sales through consistent communication.

 

 

Tools & Platforms Required

• Microsoft Office (Teams & Outlook)/ Google work space

• Dialer: RingCentral/ AirCall/Bling/OpenPhone

• CRM: HubSpot/Salesforce/Pipedrive/Zoho

 

 

Qualifications:

• At least 2 to 5 years of experience in Healthcare sales industry

•  Experience in healthcare lead generation/sales development (required)- preferably with experience in the pharmaceutical/dental field (a plus)

•Has experience in cold calling and sending out emails to sell to potential customers 

•CRM Management

 

 

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

• Working Webcam

• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM

• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection

• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: 8am to 6pm EST (40 hours per week)

Location: This is a remote job Salary: PHP 46,000 to PHP 65,000/month plus HMO
