To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment!

Ready to be part of the experience?

Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.

About Operations:

Having many products and countries, we need to make sure everything runs smoothly. As the operations team, we help supervise operations across Fever teams and identify and prioritize needs. Our goal is to help Fever grow by improving the efficiency of our ways of working and maintaining a best-in-class experience for all stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager to own Fever's global transportation operations end-to-end. In this role, you will lead a distributed team of logistics coordinators, set the strategy for how we move product globally, and act as the connective tissue between different internal departments and our external transport partners.

About the Role:

• End-to-end ownership: Own the global transportation function from start to finish, ensuring moves are delivered on time and in the most cost-efficient way, and acting quickly to resolve issues as they arise, including working outside standard hours when a shipment or escalation requires it.

• Stakeholder management: Connect with different departments, including production, finance, legal, and tax, to ensure transportation runs smoothly and fosters a cooperative synergy across the business.

• Team leadership & mentorship: Manage and mentor a team of logistics coordinators across multiple time zones, reviewing movements, providing guidance, assigning strategic projects, and breaking down complex processes into actionable initiatives that grow the department in line with company needs.

• KPI and SLA Management: Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators and service level agreements—including on-time delivery rates, cost variances against initial quotes, and ticket response times—to drive operational excellence, identify process inefficiencies, and ensure high-quality service delivery across global logistics operations.

• Capacity & resource planning: Assign transport requests based on team capacity, bandwidth, and project specialty; step in to unblock and resolve roadblocks the team escalates.

• Vendor & contract negotiation: Act as the main point of contact for 3PLs and freight forwarders, negotiating contracts and pricing on behalf of the logistics department.

• Financial oversight: Own billing and invoicing oversight across the department, and define, track, and report KPIs to drive team performance and cost management.

• Forecasting & problem-solving: Review global logistics operations, anticipate challenges, and develop solutions before they become blockers.

• Continuous improvement: Constantly look for ways to elevate the department, building training programs, identifying cost optimization strategies, and evolving processes to raise the team's efficiency and transportation expertise.

• Strategic communication: Translate complex transportation and importation requirements into clear, concise terms that stakeholders outside of logistics can act on.

About You:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in transportation or logistics.

• Team management: 3+ years of experience managing a team.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Language: Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.

• Negotiation skills: Proven track record negotiating contracts and pricing with carriers, 3PLs, or freight forwarders.

• Technical skills: Comfortable with ERP systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization to track KPIs and costs.

• Organizational skills: Strong ability to own shipments with tight deadlines while coordinating a team.

• Analytical mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to translate logistics complexity for non-logistics stakeholders.

• Ownership mindset : A strong sense of ownership over the transportation function and the department as a whole.

• Adaptability: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and managing across time zones and cultures.

• Bonus: Experience with live-event industry transportation and temporary importations is a plus.

Benefits & Perks:

• Attractive compensation package consisting of base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance.

• Opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader

• 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences

• Work in the heart of the city, with possible travel across our markets

• Responsibility from day one and professional and personal growth

• Great work environment with a fun, international team of talented people to work with!

• Medical insurance: Fever offers “Seguro de Gastos Médicos Mayores” with the company GNP  free of charge as it is covered 100% by Fever.

• Savings plan (SURA): The employee contributes 5% of the fixed salary and Fever contributes with another 5%.

• Wellhub Membership: Wellhub gives employees unlimited access to a selected number of gyms, studios, classes, training, and wellness apps. It is paid by Fever up to the Silver plan.

• 20 days annual leave
