About the Role

Just starting out and curious about how the world really works behind the scenes? We’re looking for a Research & Delivery Associate (English + other language) to join our team—no extensive experience needed, just a sharp mind and a willingness to learn.

In this role, you’ll research companies and people, connect the dots, and turn information into clear insights that help clients understand risks and make better decisions. You’ll work on real cases from around the world, gaining hands-on experience while being supported by a collaborative team.

This is a full-time role with a flexible hybrid setup.

Location: Bucharest

 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Dig into information about companies and individuals using online sources, databases, and internal tools

• Turn what you find into clear, easy-to-understand reports

• Spot potential risks and figure out what’s important

• Handle multiple tasks at once and see projects through from start to finish

• Team up with colleagues to deliver high-quality work on time

• Share your findings clearly, both in writing and in conversations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (recent grads welcome!))

• Up to 2 years of experience

• Fluent in English

• Nice to have: Upper intermediate skills in another language 

• Basic familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
