Associate, Medical Advisory

What will you do? 

Our Medical Advisory department e nsures the clinical excellence, scientific rigor, and medical integrity of EVYD's products and healthcare solutions. As an Associate, Medical Advisory, you will contribute to the development and continuous improvement of digital health products by translating clinical evidence, healthcare workflows, and medical knowledge into practical healthcare solutions. 

Working closely with product, medical data science, engineering, customer success, and external healthcare stakeholders, you will help ensure EVYD's products remain  clinically  appropriate , evidence-based, and aligned with current healthcare best practices while supporting the delivery of innovative digital health solutions.

This role  reports to the Manager, Medical Advisory,  and is based in Brunei  Darussalam.

Key responsibilities include:  

• Contribute to the clinical review and validation of EVYD's products, ensuring alignment with current clinical guidelines, scientific evidence, and healthcare best practices.  

• Develop and  maintain  healthcare knowledge repositories, clinical workflows, health recommendations, patient education content, intervention logic, user labels, and other medical content that supports EVYD's digital health products.  

• Contribute to the design, localization, validation, and continuous improvement of healthcare and population health solutions, including digital therapeutics, clinical decision support, and preventive healthcare programs.  

• Collaborate with the Medical Data Science team to interpret analytical findings,  validate  clinical relevance, and translate healthcare insights into product recommendations.  

• Support the integration of AI-enabled healthcare solutions by contributing medical knowledge, reviewing AI-generated outputs, and ensuring clinical accuracy and safety.  

• Conduct literature reviews, evidence synthesis, and desktop research to support product development, clinical decision-making, and strategic initiatives.  

• Support research initiatives through project coordination, literature review, data interpretation, manuscript preparation, and dissemination of research findings.  

• Contribute to the development of white papers, scientific publications, thought leadership articles, conference materials, and other content that demonstrates EVYD's  expertise  in digital health and healthcare innovation.  

• Contribute medical  expertise  during customer engagements, solution workshops, product demonstrations, and discussions with healthcare professionals and external partners where  required .  

• Monitor emerging healthcare trends, clinical guidelines, digital health innovations, AI applications, and  new technologies  to  identify  opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.  

Travel Requirements:  

Travel may be required for this role (up to 10%).

• Ability to develop healthcare content, including clinical workflows, knowledge repositories, health recommendations, intervention logic, patient education materials, and clinical decision support content.  

• Ability to interpret healthcare analytics and translate findings into clinically meaningful recommendations.  

• Strong report writing, presentation, and PowerPoint preparation skills.  

• Familiarity with digital health technologies, healthcare AI, or healthcare data science concepts is an advantage.  

• Bonus: Experience contributing to digital health product development or software development lifecycle.  

Requirements & Qu a lific a tions

• Bachelor's degree in medicine, pharmacy, nursing, public health, biomedical science, life science, health informatics, psychology, nutrition, allied health, or another relevant healthcare discipline.  

• 2-3 years of experience in healthcare, public health, life sciences, clinical research, digital health, health technology, or healthcare consulting is preferred.  

• Demonstrated interest in digital health, healthcare AI, or healthcare innovation.  

• Self-starter with good judgement, structured thinking, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to change quickly.  

• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.  

• Excited about EVYD's vision of making effective healthcare more accessible.  

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Mandarin is an advantage.
