ELEKS Human Capital Administration is looking for a Job Architecture Specialist (Process & Job Governance Management), based in Lviv (preferred), or in Western or Central Ukraine (remote options available).      The Job Architecture Specialist is responsible for end‑to‑end ownership of the company job architecture framework and governance of job profiles across ELEKS. The role ensures consistency of job titles, career levels, and job families across organizational structure, compensation logic, and systems. It acts as the single accountability point for job architecture integrity, supporting organizational changes and system-related updates.

REQUIREMENTS  

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR Operations, Process Management, Governance, Organizational Management, or a related field

• Strong understanding of process governance, standardization, and operational practices

• Strong understanding of job architecture concepts (job families, levels, role scope)

• Advanced Excel skills and a data-driven mindset

• Ability to analyze, document, and improve business processes

• High attention to detail and consistency

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to challenge and justify decisions based on established frameworks, standards, and policies

• Experience creating and maintaining process documentation and guidelines

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Upper-intermediate level of English for professional documentation and communication

NICE TO HAVE • Experience in process governance, process improvement, operational excellence, or business process management

• Experience in job architecture, job evaluation, compensation structures, or organizational design

• Experience supporting organizational change and transformation initiatives

• Hands-on experience with process mapping, workflow design, or process optimization

• Experience working with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and data analysis tools

• Familiarity with governance frameworks, policy management, or internal controls

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES • Job Architecture Management Own and maintain the job architecture framework (job families, levels, titles); ensure consistent application across functions and alignment with organizational structure and compensation approach. Maintain reference files and dictionaries

• Job Profiles Governance & Validation Lead validation of new and updated job profiles, ensuring correct scope, level differentiation, and compliance with standards. Prevent duplication, misclassification, or uncontrolled title creation; challenge inconsistencies when required

• System Alignment & Change Support Ensure job architecture data is accurately reflected across HR systems, reporting sources, and internal registers. Support system-related changes, including implementation activities, updates to job architecture data, and validation of system configurations after changes. Coordinate updates to reference data and ensure consistency between systems

• Documentation, Audit & Quality Control Maintain standards, templates, and documentation for job architecture. Ensure traceability of decisions and approvals, and support internal/external audits related to job profile governance
