IT Specialist

We are looking for an IT Specialist who will be the point of contact for all IT operations. You will work hands-on to provide comprehensive IT support, ensure seamless software and hardware operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and support the efficiency of daily IT functions.   At Dream Games, all team members have a genuine chance to contribute to the final product and have an impact on the company. Responsibilities • Monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting all hardware and software

• Providing end-user support for hardware, applications, tools, and systems

• Managing IT assets through their lifecycle from acquisition to disposal

• Supporting the purchasing team for all IT-related matters

• Following new technologies and integrating them into our company

Requirements • 2+ years of work experience in related fields

• Experience with hardware components such as desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals

• Experience in both macOS and Windows ecosystems

• Excellent command of written and spoken English

• Passion and interest in games

• Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
