【EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS】 • Own and manage Customer Accounts. To coordinate and take ownership of the processing and delivery of all requests for data in batch from customers. • Take ownership for the complete processing of all requests using D&B systems and applications. This includes the pre and post processing of the files to ensure they are processed successfully and delivered to our customers in the required layout and format. • Analyze Customer Requirements. • Establish and monitor project timelines. • Prepare project specifications. • Work with Vendors to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time, driving customer satisfaction. • Complete all administration tasks associated with the delivery of data requests, including booking jobs into our delivery tracking system and where appropriate calculating the cost of the project and record the data compensation. • QA final output • Ensure consistency and compliance of output in relation to customer contract. • Ensure the timely, cost effective and quality delivery of fulfilment projects to set Service Level Agreements (SLA's). • Provide consultative support to business partners and/or Customers on custom solutions • Evaluate and recommend alternatives and options with outside in lens. • Promote expanded knowledge of Delivery processes. • Determine feasibility of new opportunities. • Research issues involving data quality or potential service failures. • Support Delivery Transformation and Specialized Initiatives. • Participate in specialty teams and/or transformation initiatives by taking lead roles in key initiatives. • Acting as a ‘gatekeeper’ for the various workflow systems used within the team, allocating workloads out to the individual team members. • Supporting complex productions and high revenue customers to achieve good customer retention rates and revenue growth. • Processing projects through the delivery systems, keeping the stakeholders informed of progress, to supply data to agreed timescales and quality.
【EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS】 • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 to 8 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 3 years of working experience; • A demonstrable understanding of global databases in a business environment, preferably B2B • Solid logical thinking, problem solving, high attention to detail, analytical and time management skills • Able to communicate (oral & written) complex order specifications and possess experience in establishing project schedules • Strong customer focus and capability for taking ownership for issue resolution. • Results-oriented individual, able to handle multiple and/or complex priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Ability to manage own time, to work to tight deadlines with a sense of urgency and exceed quality standards on own initiative. • Project management experience and proven quality assurance expertise a plus. The ability to learn and retain a multitude of process instructions a must • Experience with Data Management and Analytics a plus • SQL Database and Server experience an advantage • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills • Show an ownership mindset in everything you do.
