Through HR/HCM technology, managed services, PEO, and BPO solutions, Vensure supports more than 95,000 businesses and processes over $135 billion in annual payroll. • Role summary: Manage the full implementation lifecycle for new PEO clients to ensure a seamless onboarding experience, compliance with payroll and HR regulations, and successful adoption of our solutions. • Must-Have Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of experience in implementation, payroll, HR, PEO, or a related field. • Demonstrated experience managing multiple client implementation projects simultaneously. • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, HR operations, compliance, and regulations. • Hands-on experience with PrismHR. • Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills. • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Nice-to-Have Qualifications: • Previous experience within a PEO environment. • Knowledge of benefits administration and related federal/state regulations. • Professional certifications such as CPP, FPC, PHR, SHRM-CP, or PMP. • Experience collaborating with Payroll, Client Relations, Benefits, and Sales teams. • Key Responsibilities: • Lead the onboarding and implementation process for new PEO clients. • Configure HR and payroll solutions based on client requirements. • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout implementation. • Train clients on system utilization and best practices. • Resolve implementation-related technical and operational issues. • Partner with internal departments to ensure a successful transition. • Maintain expertise in payroll, HR compliance, and industry best practices. • Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and efficiencies. • Benefits: • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance • 401(k) with Company Match • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Paid Holidays • Parental Leave • Sick Leave • Life Insurance • Short-Term & Long-Term Disability • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) • Health Savings Account (HSA) • Identity Theft Protection • Critical Illness Coverage • Accident Insurance • Cancer Insurance • Hospital Protection Coverage • Legal Insurance • Pet Insurance • Apply Today!
