As an Associate Privacy Consultant, you take ownership of an established customer base and help companies turn GDPR requirements into clear, pragmatic and scalable privacy practices. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- You advise and support your own customer base on data protection, combining privacy expertise with smart use of our AI-powered platform., having a strong focus on retention, customer health and long-term value creation.

- You translate complex GDPR and privacy topics into clear, pragmatic guidance that helps customers make confident business decisions.

- You help customers use DataGuard as their central privacy hub and actively drive platform adoption, engagement and monthly active usage.

- You use AI tools thoughtfully in privacy related workflows and critically review AI generated outputs based on your subject matter expertise.

- You collaborate with privacy, automation and product stakeholders to share customer insights and contribute to more scalable, tech enabled consulting workflows.

THE QUALITIES YOU'LL NEED FOR A SUCCESSFUL CAREER AT DATAGUARD

- 2+ years of relevant experience in privacy consulting, customer advisory, audits or handling privacy related customer requests.

- Strong GDPR and privacy knowledge, ideally combined with a legal, business law or comparable privacy focused background.

- Ability to turn complex privacy requirements into simple, structured and customer-friendly recommendations.

- Ability to improve efficiency in a dynamic customer environment, spot opportunities to create more value, and stay focused even when priorities shift.

- Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership and the ability to connect the dots between customer needs, platform usage and business impact.

- Curiosity to AI tools and automation, paired with the judgment to review AI generated privacy content critically.

- Native level fluency in German, strong professional English skills
