Daniels Health is offering a $3,000 new hire bonus for joining our amazing team in Stow!    We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused driver who can operate a box truck (26 feet) across the Stow, OH area. You will be collecting sharps and medical waste containers from our healthcare customer locations and delivering a high level of customer service daily.  This role offers a high degree of autonomy, stable hours, access to some OT and good benefits. What will your job involve? Driving & Route Responsibilities

• Safely collect, transport, and store medical waste and sharps containers

• Operate company vehicles up to 26’ box trucks

• Manage assigned local routes and deliver timely, reliable service

• Complete deliveries according to schedule and communicate route changes or issues

• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections

• Maintain DOT compliance including logs and roadside inspections

Physical & Customer‑Facing Work

• Load and unload containers throughout the day ( heavy lifting required )

• Organize and prioritize your truck based on route needs

• Build positive relationships with healthcare customers through professional, friendly service

What are we looking for? • Valid drivers license or valid drivers license with a clean driving record and DOT medical card

• Professional experience operating  26’ box trucks

• Familiarity with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections

• Confidence completing Level 1–3 DOT road checks

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and proven tenure with past employers

• Customer‑focused mindset with a flexible, can‑do attitude

• Commitment to safe driving and on‑time delivery practices

• Competitive salary – This position is offering a SET (non-negotiable) rate of $24 per hour!

• Note to CDL drivers , CDL holders receive $27 per hour or $28 with valid hazmat endorsement

• SIGN ON BONUS! - This position includes a $3k sign on bonus paid in 2 installments ($1k after 30 days, $2k after 90 days of employment)
