Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced Staff IT Operations Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Modern Workplace environment.

This role is primarily focused on enterprise IT operations and endpoint management rather than software development or security architecture.

This role requires deep expertise in endpoint management, identity and access management, enterprise IT operations, and end-user experience. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on technical capabilities with operational ownership and stakeholder management experience in large-scale enterprise environments.

• Own and manage endpoint platforms (Windows/macOS)

• Administer and improve MDM solutions (Intune, Jamf)

• Manage Entra ID, SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access

• Support enterprise IT operations and end-user experience

• Lead endpoint refresh, migration, and modernization projects

• Driving automation, process improvement, and operational excellence

• Partner with Security, Infrastructure, and Global IT teams

 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT Operations, Endpoint Engineering, or Modern Workplace

• Experience owning and administering enterprise endpoint management platforms, including policy design, device lifecycle management, and security compliance.

• Experience leading endpoint migration, modernization, or large-scale deployment projects.

• Hands-on experience administering and supporting Microsoft Intune and enterprise MDM platforms

• Experience supporting Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID environments

• Experience with SSO, MFA, and identity lifecycle management

• Experience managing enterprise endpoint environments (Windows/macOS)
