Role Overview    

Taiwan Finance team is a finance business partner for Coupang Taiwan. We own financial results by working with stakeholders to define & track business input/output metrics and improve them by performing root-cause analysis. We are hiring a Principal Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) focusing on our Customer Service operations

 

What You Will Do  

•  Identify key input/output metrics impacting Retail P&L

•  Track the metrics and analyze their trends & results to provide business/financial visibilities to stakeholders

•  Provide constant feedback to stakeholders, raise a flag, and recommend corrective measures to deliver WOW results

•  Perform root cause analysis by retrieving the right data and diving deep

 

Basic Qualifications    

•  6+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis in a fast-paced technology-oriented organization (eCommerce preferred)

•  FP&A experience (Corporate financial planning and reporting)

•  Highly analytical, detail-oriented, strong business sense, and willingness to work within a fast-paced and growing environment

•  Ability to gather, analyze, and organize large amounts of data and provide insight and recommendation

•  SAP and Excel skills

•  Good communication skill in English

 

Preferred Qualifications  

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)

• SQL proficiency
