• Dispute Resolution Manage and resolve disputes arising from logistics transactions, including fact-finding, legal analysis, and development of countermeasures. Seek constructive solutions that protect Coupang’s brand and business interests.

• Governance & Compliance Support governance initiatives to manage legal and regulatory risk effectively. Assist in building and maintaining compliance frameworks for logistics operations in accordance with Taiwanese laws and company standards.

• General Legal Support Provide professional legal advice to key stakeholders across functions, including compliance, government relations, operations and other key stakeholders ensuring timely and practical solutions.

Basic Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Problem‑Solving & Judgment: Demonstrated sound judgment in developing and implementing practical, business‑oriented legal solutions that balance growth and risk in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.

• Adaptability & Initiative: A self‑starter who thrives in dynamic settings, takes ownership, and proactively identifies and resolves issues.
