About Conduit Health

Conduit Health is transforming one of the hardest, most outdated corners of post-acute care — getting essential medical equipment and supplies into patients’ homes. We’re the first vertically integrated, AI-powered platform to unite ordering, telehealth, prescriptions, insurance, and fulfillment into one seamless experience. In seconds, case managers and providers can say “yes” to patients who would otherwise wait weeks — while we handle every step behind the scenes.

The Role

Conduit Health is looking for an exceptional Founding People Lead to build the People function behind our growing healthcare company.

You'll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to own the company's most important priorities around talent, organizational development, and People Operations. From recruiting and performance management to building the systems and processes that support our employees, you'll help create the foundation for an exceptional company and team.

We're looking for a high-agency, hands-on operator who thrives in fast-moving environments and is excited to build a People function from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

- Org design and structure. Partner with leadership to define clear roles, reporting lines, and decision-making ownership, and build an organizational plan that scales with our growth.

- Talent strategy and recruiting. Partner with leaders on hiring plans, role definitions, and succession as the team expands. Own and oversee our recruiting engine, including managing internal and external recruiting partners and personally driving critical searches.

- Headcount and workforce planning. Work with finance to align hiring with budget and business priorities, and build compensation frameworks that are fair, competitive, and sustainable.

- People Operations & Infrastructure. Own the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, HR systems, and compliance. Build the essential policies, processes, and infrastructure needed to support our team as we scale.

- Performance management. Design and launch our first performance review process, including goal-setting, feedback cycles, and career leveling, so people know what's expected and how to grow.

- Culture and engagement. Shape practices that preserve what makes Conduit special as we scale, including employee engagement, internal communications, and company-wide initiatives.

This is an opportunity to build Conduit's People function from the ground up and have an outsized impact on the people, culture, and operating system of the company.

Who You Are

- 3–7 years of experience in Recruiting, People Operations, HR, or a related function, at a high-growth startup.

- Demonstrated experience owning, building and driving recruiting processes, partnering with hiring managers, and developing talent strategies in a scaling organization.

- Experience building or scaling People processes and infrastructure in an early-stage or fast-growing company.

- Strong understanding of People operations, employee relations, benefits, and employment compliance.

- Extremely high ownership, judgment, discretion, and attention to detail.

- An exceptional communicator who is comfortable working directly with senior executives and employees at all levels.

- Comfortable balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on execution.

- Thrive in fast-moving environments with high expectations and significant responsibility.

- Comfortable being hybrid in our NYC office 3 days/week.

Compensation & Benefits

- Flexible working environment (3 in-office days per week in New York).

- Unlimited PTO + 9 company holidays.

- Direct mentorship and growth opportunities with senior leadership.

Equal Opportunity

Conduit Health is an equal-opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to building an inclusive environment for all employees.
