JOB DESCRIPTION

The Regional Security Manager – India is the senior Global Security advisor for all client locations in India. The embedded position reports directly to the Head of Global Security as part of the Global Security function, not through the Asia regional organization, and is expected to operate with a high degree of independence.

It identifies and assesses vulnerabilities, reviews site compliance with corporate security policies and standards, and recommends and tracks mitigation plans. This is an advisory, review, coordination and reporting role. It is primarily office-based with regular travel to sites in India. The position does not perform guarding, close protection, armed duties, or the supervision of security personnel. The Regional Security Manager works under the direction of the Head of Global Security and in close coordination with other stakeholders and the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC). The position is expected to understand the company's risk-driven security strategy and translate regional and global direction into practical execution at the site level.
