• Define and own the design vision and strategy for our payment products.

• Explore opportunities to integrate emerging technologies such as QR Ph, NFC, merchants, and blockchain into the payment journey.
Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product design, with at least 1 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record designing scalable payment systems, e-wallets, or financial services platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX strategy, UI execution, and impact on business metrics.
• Deep understanding of the Philippine digital payment landscape and regulatory framework.
• Experience working in agile product development environments.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Background in payments or fintech.
• Experience in designing for mass-market, mobile-first audiences in emerging markets.
