ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the go-to-market team at an early-stage B2B SaaS company serving industrial procurement. This zero-to-one role focuses on building scalable growth mechanics, connecting product and revenue, and developing new ways to acquire users.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Identify, validate, and build high-leverage growth mechanics such as referral loops, community effects, and embedded workflows.
- Develop technical SEO and AI-search infrastructure that turns procurement queries into organic pipeline.
- Concept and launch product-led growth initiatives that acquire users without proportional sales investment.
- Run rapid cycles from idea and prototype through validation and scale, adapting based on results.
- Work with company leadership to define growth strategy and own execution across the roadmap.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- One to two years of relevant experience in product growth, strategy, or operations, with strong performance in a demanding environment.
- Startup experience or comparable experience building an initiative from zero to scale with substantial independence.
- Hands-on experience developing product-led growth initiatives and compounding growth loops end to end.
- Practical technical SEO and AI-search or generative engine optimization experience supporting organic acquisition.
- Fluency in German and English and comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
- B2B SaaS growth experience in industrial procurement or a similar enterprise domain is helpful.

LOCATION
On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany, at least four days per week.
