ABOUT THE ROLE
Join an early-stage regulatory and product compliance software company serving manufacturers and retailers across Europe. You'll own the software, AI, and infrastructure stack end to end, turning product priorities into useful features and helping shape the roadmap through direct customer conversations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure, from implementation through deployment.
- Translate product roadmap priorities into shipped features that deliver measurable value to users.
- Talk directly with customers to understand their needs and inform product direction.
- Maintain, refactor, and scale the codebase as the product and company grow.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 3 years of full-time software engineering experience, including work at an early-stage startup.
- Production experience as a full-stack engineer using TypeScript and React, as well as Python.
- Experience with Python/FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- A track record of shipping software products to real users and a strong, user-centered product mindset.
- Comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and using AI agents and tools in your daily workflow.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, LegalTech, RegTech, or AI/ML is a plus.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: €80,000 to €90,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
Hybrid, based in Munich, Germany, with four days per week on-site.
