ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a commercial role at a small, fast-moving energy software startup focused on industrial battery storage. You will sit within the commercial team, owning the full customer relationship from onboarding through long-term satisfaction, and playing a direct part in growing the business in the European energy market.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and manage relationships with new customers, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Develop a deep understanding of the product, the industrial energy market, and customer needs.
- Own and continuously improve the customer lifecycle, from initial onboarding to ongoing satisfaction and value delivery.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of experience in a business, commercial, or customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills, with the confidence to own customer accounts independently.
- Ability to develop sharp product, market, and customer insights and act on them.
- Native-level German and fluent English, both are required for this role.
- First experience with or genuine interest in energy markets, including regulatory developments and market complexity.
- Comfort working in a small, entrepreneurial team where you take initiative and shape your own work.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Salary range: 70,000 to 100,000 EUR annually.
- Visa sponsorship is available.

On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
