GTM Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Own and scale the outbound email engine for a growing AI communications software company. This role combines email infrastructure, deliverability, copywriting, and experimentation to generate qualified pipeline.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Build and operate high-volume email sending infrastructure across multiple domains and mailboxes.

- Manage deliverability, including domain configuration, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warmup, bounce management, and inbox placement.

- Write and test personalized cold email copy that sounds human and drives responses.

- Build prospect lists and maintain accurate, well-segmented outreach data.

- Run experiments on messaging, subject lines, send times, and targeting, then use results to improve campaigns.

- Manage outbound workflows and integrations across email outreach, MarTech, and CRM tools.

- Translate campaign performance into insights that support the sales pipeline.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- At least 3 years of experience building and operating high-volume outbound email infrastructure, with experience handling six- or seven-figure monthly sending volumes.

- Expertise in deliverability fundamentals, including SPF/DKIM/DMARC, domain reputation, warmup protocols, bounce hygiene, and inbox placement.

- Hands-on experience managing many mailboxes and domains using tools such as Smartlead, Instantly, or equivalent platforms.

- Strong cold email writing, prospect list building, data hygiene, and segmentation skills.

- Experience with modern MarTech and CRM platforms, B2B SaaS outbound workflows, and data-driven A/B testing or conversion optimization.

- Native-level German and fluent English.

- Familiarity with AI voice agents or conversational AI is useful.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: €80,000 to €100,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available. Applicants must have local work authorization.

LOCATION

On-site in Vienna, Austria. Remote work within Austria may also be considered.
