ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a high-ownership content marketing role focused entirely on the German-speaking market, sitting at the intersection of brand, performance, and growth. You will define the brand voice across the full customer journey and drive the content strategy that helps businesses discover and trust an AI-powered communication product built for SMEs.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the end-to-end content marketing strategy and execution for the German-speaking market.
- Manage website and landing page copy tailored to German-speaking audiences.
- Write high-performing copy across paid marketing channels, including YouTube and paid social.
- Script ad creatives for video and social platforms.
- Develop and execute organic content strategies across social media platforms.
- Collaborate with creators, customers, and influencers to produce authentic, effective content.
- Use A/B testing, user research, and performance data to continuously improve messaging.
- Contribute to product positioning and go-to-market messaging strategy.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4 or more years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or growth marketing roles.
- Native German speaker with outstanding writing skills for marketing content.
- Fluent in English for professional collaboration.
- Background in B2B SaaS or a fast-growing software environment.
- Strong grasp of performance marketing principles and conversion-focused copywriting.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and using performance insights to sharpen messaging.
- Experience scripting ad creatives for YouTube and paid social channels.
- Track record building and executing organic social content strategies.
- Experience collaborating with creators, customers, or influencers to produce content.
- Analytical mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for experimentation.
- Familiarity with AI products, voice technology, or SEO best practices is a plus.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary range: 65,000 to 85,000 EUR annually. No visa sponsorship is available for this role.

This is an on-site role based in Vienna, Austria.
