AI-Native Founding GTM Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the first commercial hire at an early-stage B2B software company, you will lead go-to-market strategy and build the sales function from the ground up. The company provides an AI-powered regulatory compliance platform for manufacturers and retailers across Europe.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Develop and own go-to-market and pricing strategy while building the sales organization.

- Generate top-of-funnel demand through events, content marketing, and webinars.

- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and introductory calls through deal closure.

- Partner with product and engineering teams to transition customer engagements and share market insights that inform the product roadmap.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Three or more years of relevant experience, including experience in software or SaaS sales.

- Experience owning the full B2B sales cycle and building or scaling a sales team, ideally from 1 to 10 people.

- Experience generating demand through events, content marketing, or webinars.

- A daily, practical approach to using AI tools in your work.

- Comfort with Excel, PowerPoint, sales decks, and white papers.

- B2B SaaS experience is relevant; LegalTech or RegTech background is a plus.

- Fluency in German and English. Marketing or creative experience, such as video production, is a bonus.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: €95,000 to €105,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION

Hybrid, based in Munich, Germany, with four days per week on-site.
