ABOUT THE ROLE

Join an early stage legal technology team as its founding Chief of Staff, working directly with the CEO. You will shape strategy, operations, and growth while helping establish how the organization uses AI across its work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Partner with the CEO on strategic initiatives, including fundraising and investor relations.

- Build go to market, sales, content marketing, and hiring processes from the ground up, then transition ownership to dedicated leaders as the team grows.

- Work with leadership to make AI tools and workflows central to the organization's operations.

- Lead high impact projects across functions, taking a hands on approach to execution.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Two to ten or more years of relevant experience, including work at an early stage startup or experience founding a company.

- Experience building processes from zero to one in go to market, sales, marketing, or hiring.

- Experience working directly with a CEO or founders on strategic initiatives.

- Daily use of AI tools in your core workflow and a strong technical understanding.

- Fluency in German and English, with a background in top tier management consulting.

- An entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical and first principles problem solving skills, high agency, and willingness to take on hands on work in a fast moving environment.

Hybrid in Munich, Bavaria, Germany, with on site work four days per week.
