AI-Native Founding Chief of Staff

ABOUT THE ROLE

Work directly with the CEO of an early-stage legal technology company to shape strategy, operations, and growth. This founding role will establish how the organization works with AI and build core processes that can transition to dedicated leaders as the company scales.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Partner with the CEO on strategic initiatives, including fundraising and investor relations.

- Build go-to-market, sales, content marketing, and hiring processes from the ground up, then transition ownership to dedicated leaders.

- Advance the organization's AI-native operations in collaboration with leadership.

- Lead hands-on, high-impact projects across multiple functions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Typically 2 to 10+ years of experience, including experience at an early-stage startup or as a founder.

- Experience building processes from zero to one in areas such as go-to-market, sales, marketing, or hiring.

- Experience working directly with a CEO or founders on strategic initiatives.

- Daily use of AI tools as part of a core workflow, with strong technical fluency.

- Strong analytical thinking, first-principles problem-solving, initiative, and a high quality bar.

- Fluency in German and English, and a background in top-tier management consulting.

- An entrepreneurial mindset, with founder experience or a genuine ambition to start a company.

LOCATION

Hybrid, with an on-site presence in Munich, Germany, four days per week.
