About the role:  

As a CRM & Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a key role in optimizing our CRM ecosystem, customer data, and marketing operations to support patient recruitment and engagement. Working closely with Marketing, Patient Recruitment, Analytics, IT, and Compliance teams, you will develop audience segmentation strategies, optimize multi-channel campaigns, and drive data-informed decision-making to maximize marketing performance.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining data, technology, and marketing to deliver personalized customer experiences while ensuring high standards of data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance.

As a CRM & Marketing Operations Manager , you would be responsible for:

• Owning and optimizing the CRM platform and customer database, ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance.

• Developing and managing audience segmentation strategies to support CRM initiatives and multi-channel marketing campaigns.

• Planning, executing, and optimizing email, SMS, and digital marketing campaigns to drive patient recruitment and engagement.

• Designing and maintaining automated customer journeys, lifecycle campaigns, and personalized communication strategies.

• Monitoring campaign performance, database health, and marketing KPIs, providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and ROI.

• Ensuring CRM and marketing activities comply with applicable privacy, healthcare, and marketing regulations.

• Collaborating closely with Marketing, Patient Recruitment, Analytics, IT, Compliance, and external partners to continuously improve marketing technologies and campaign performance.

We would like you to have: 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in CRM, marketing operations, customer database management, or a similar role.

• Experience managing customer databases, audience segmentation, marketing automation, and email and SMS campaigns.

• Strong understanding of digital and performance marketing, including campaign optimization, attribution, and conversion measurement.

• Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting and marketing analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making.

• Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and advertising platforms such as HubSpot, Braze, Twilio, Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.

• Fluency in English with proven experience in the U.S. digital environment, including knowledge of U.S. consumer behavior, advertising platforms, campaign practices, and market-specific regulations.

• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare or life sciences, with knowledge of data privacy and compliance requirements, is a strong advantage.
