ABOUT CIRCUITHUB

CircuitHub is reshaping electronics manufacturing with The Grid, a factory-scale robotics platform that makes small-batch, high-mix electronics assembly radically more efficient. Think semiconductor-fab precision applied to the chaotic world of prototyping and low-volume production: a 10x throughput improvement in one of the world's most foundational industries.

We've raised $45M from top-tier investors including Plural, Y Combinator and Google Ventures, and we're already profitable. Our customers include a major EV maker, a top AI lab and many of the worlds largest companies.

The Grid isn't a prototype. It's live, scaling fast and delivering real revenue, and we're building the team that will scale it further.

THE ROLE

Join our production team as a Production Operator and help us revolutionize electronics manufacturing. You'll work hands-on with advanced automated equipment, ensuring high-quality circuit board assembly while maintaining our industry-leading speed and precision standards.

No direct experience with electronics manufacturing is necessary, but we like curious people willing to learn. You enjoy working with your hands, take pride in quality work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where technology meets manufacturing excellence.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

The types of work you'll do:

- Equipment Operation - Running and monitoring automated SMT (Surface Mount Technology) lines and assembly equipment

- Quality Control - Performing visual inspections, testing, and quality checks on assembled circuit boards

- Material Handling - Managing component inventory, kitting parts, and maintaining organized workstation areas

- Process Optimization - Following standard operating procedures and suggesting improvements to increase efficiency

- Machine Maintenance - Performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting basic issues, and coordinating with technical teams

- Documentation - Recording production data, tracking metrics, and maintaining accurate work logs

- Safety Compliance - Following all safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized work environment

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You might be a great fit if:

- You have strong attention to detail and take pride in producing quality work

- You're comfortable working with technology and learning new automated systems

- You can follow detailed procedures while also thinking critically about process improvements

- You work well both independently and as part of a team

- You're physically capable of standing for extended periods and handling small components

- You have a positive attitude and adapt well to changing priorities in a growing company

Nice to have: Experience in manufacturing, electronics assembly, or working with automated equipment. Technical training or certifications in manufacturing or electronics are a plus but not required.

WHY CIRCUITHUB?

- Cutting-edge technology - Work with state-of-the-art automated manufacturing equipment

- Mission-driven work - Help shape the future of electronics manufacturing

- Skills development - Learn advanced manufacturing techniques and automation systems

- Growth opportunity - Fast-growing company with opportunities for advancement
