• CASETiFY is looking for a Legal Manager/ Assistant Manager to join our in-house Legal team. As the ideal candidate, you will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be detail-oriented. You are capable of effectively overseeing the negotiation, drafting, and execution of legal contracts and agreements for the Company. You have the experience to ensure the contractual terms align with business objectives and comply with regulatory requirements, manage contract lifecycles, and provide guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual obligations and risk mitigation. In this role reporting directly to the Legal Director, you will work in parallel with our current Contract Manager and lead a team of contract specialists.
Job Description
• Draft, review and negotiate the terms and conditions for a wide range of business contracts
• Prepare, review, and edit all contract documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Create and maintain internal frameworks to guide internal stakeholders on the contract lifecycle
• Ensure company contracts are properly executed and well-maintained
• Advise on contract-related risks and recommend risk mitigation strategies
• Facilitate internal and external inquiries regarding contractual terms and obligations
• Provide assessment support and advice on new business opportunities
Requirement
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business, or a related field
• 8+ years of related work experience with contract management experience (people management experience is a plus)
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in an international environment with stakeholders in global markets
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of legal terminology
• Well-organized, and excellent attention to details
• With a high ability to work independently
• Strong command of communication in written and spoken English and Chinese
