What you will do as a MarTech Developer: • Act as the product owner and solution architect across marketing platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CMS, and tagging solutions, ensuring platform scalability, integration, and optimization. 

• Monitor and maintain data quality and governance within all marketing databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations. 

• Lead the delivery of key strategic technical projects and platform integrations, overseeing the end-to-end implementation, and communicating progress effectively to key stakeholders. 

• Develop and implement platform-level solutions for marketing technology systems, ensuring that they align with long-term business goals and are scalable, automated, and efficient. 

• Act as the final authority on the sign-off and acceptance of marketing platform solutions into production, ensuring all technical requirements are met and the solutions are stable. 

 

•  Platform Architecture and Integration: 

• Collaborate with Product & Technology teams to design and implement platform integrations across marketing systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality between tools such as CRM, CMS, and other third-party systems. 

• Work with internal and external teams to create backend data integration solutions, including the necessary technical tickets and project management support for successful deployment. 

• Support the delivery of high-level platform innovation by leveraging advanced tools and methodologies to extract, manage, and analyze data from marketing systems. 

• Data and Analytics: 

• Focus on high-level platform data analysis, using tools such as SQL, Tableau, AMP Script, and Excel to derive insights that drive continuous improvement in marketing technology performance. 

• Report on overall platform health metrics, including system performance, data flow efficiency, and integration success, to improve the marketing technology infrastructure. 

• Ensure ongoing compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations, maintaining a strong focus on data protection and platform governance. 

What you’ll bring to the team • At least 5 years of experience in a MarTech, marketing platform management, or similar role with a strong emphasis on technology integration and data governance. 

• Extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CMS platforms, and data management systems. 

• Proven experience delivering scalable front-end solutions within CMS platforms (ideally Webflow), including responsive builds, reusable components, SEO best practice, and integration with CRM, tagging, and analytics systems. 

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, SQL, and AMP Script, with foundational knowledge in Java, PHP, JavaScript, or similar technologies. 

• Demonstrated experience in project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive marketing strategy and performance improvements. 

• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
