Strategy & Transformation Consultant

Capco is looking for a  Strategy & Transformation Consultant to strengthen our project team. 

We are looking for a talented and versatile consultant with a first relevant professional experience, who is eager to further develop within a dynamic consulting environment. 

You combine strong analytical and strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset, quickly get up to speed on new topics and are comfortable taking ownership of your work. 

 

What will you do? 

• Support the project team on strategic and organisational topics. 

• Analyse and structure complex information and translate it into clear insights. 

• Prepare high-quality analyses and presentations for various stakeholders.

• Support organisational change and improvement initiatives. 

• Prepare and support workshops and stakeholder meetings. 

Who are we looking for? 

You are a proactive and versatile consultant who can switch easily between analyses, strategic thinking and hands-on execution. 

Ideally, you bring: 

• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within consulting, financial services, strategy, transformation or organisational change.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Fluency in Dutch and an excellent professional knowledge of English. 

• Experience with Target Operating Models is a plus.

• Experience within Capital Markets is a plus. 

Location

You will work 3 days per week on-site in Amsterdam, with the remaining days based in Belgium.
