As an AI Product Manager Intern at C3 AI, you'll help drive enhancements to our Agentic AI Platform and domain-specific AI applications. Product managers serve as the primary point of collaboration across the design, development, and implementation of all C3 AI products, and this internship gives you a front row seat to solving complex industrial problems that unlock high economic value for customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute meaningful work from day one, and build real expertise in product management.

Responsibilities

• Write product specs that define new capabilities across C3 AI's agentic AI platform and domain-specific AI applications, translating customer and technical requirements into clear product direction

• Define success metrics and partner with engineering to validate new capabilities against quality, reliability, and scalability benchmarks before they ship

• Build hi-fidelity prototypes and test features, providing structured feedback to engineering teams

• Define evals and success metrics for agent accuracy, reliability, and task completion, then pressure-test new capabilities against them and feed structured findings back to engineering

• Participate actively in problem-solving sessions to identify and drive product improvements

• Partner across product engineering, forward deployed engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market to move capabilities from discovery to launch

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a MBA; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a similar analytical field required

• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous, complex problems into structured approaches

• Conceptual understanding of agentic systems and ML & optimization models, including LLMs, agents, and tool use

• Comfortable prototyping and building applications using agentic application building tools

• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, working both independently and collaboratively across diverse teams
