ABOUT BURGA

From a 7m² flat with just one printer in 2015 to a global powerhouse with 4+ million customers, 12+ million products sold, and revenue of over $147 million in 2025, BURGA is not your average brand. Our products have been spotted with some of the world’s biggest celebrities, like Sydney Sweeney, Taylor Swift, Cara Delevingne, Lucy Hale, Alexis Ren, and many more.

We’re on a mission to turn ordinary into extraordinary by transforming everyday items into style statement accessories. We’re scaling fast, thinking big, and bringing that vision to life at our €18 million manufacturing facility in Kaunas, capable of producing 66,000 items a day.

With unicorn ambitions and 500+ passionate humans on a mission to conquer the world, you’re joining a team that’s rewriting the rules.

Oh, and we just landed a spot among Lithuania's TOP 10 most attractive employers in 2026, so the word is officially out.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Junior HR Operations Specialist at BURGA is more than just a title — it’s an opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company where people, processes, and big ambitions come together. You'll be at the heart of our evolving HR operations, helping keep everyday processes running smoothly while contributing to the systems and improvements that support our continued growth.

Your Role: Support the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensure HR documentation and employee data are accurate and up to date, and help optimize the way we work. You'll collaborate closely with the HR team, gain hands-on experience with HR systems and processes, and build a strong foundation for your future career in HR.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

-Support employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring all necessary documentation and system updates are completed accurately and on time.

-Maintain and organize employee files, employment contracts, forms, and other HR documentation.

-Keep employee data accurate and up to date in our HR systems, assisting with standard system updates, workflows, permissions, and reporting.

-Help draft internal HR communications and update HR policies and procedures.

-Support employees with day-to-day HR questions and direct more complex cases to the appropriate team members.

-Contribute to HR process improvements, documentation clean-ups, and initiatives that make our internal processes more efficient.

-Assist with maintaining HR documentation in line with applicable requirements and internal standards.

-Collaborate with the HR team on various operational tasks and upcoming projects.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

-0–2 years of experience in HR, administration, or a related field. Relevant internship or practical experience is a plus.

-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills — you enjoy keeping information accurate, structured, and easy to find.

-Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and standard office tools; experience with HRIS platforms is a plus.

-A basic understanding of Lithuanian Labour Code fundamentals is an advantage, but not a must. We're looking for someone willing to learn.

-A proactive mindset and curiosity — you're comfortable asking questions, taking initiative, and learning by doing.

-The ability to handle routine tasks consistently while staying open to new responsibilities and process improvements.

-Fluency in Lithuanian and good working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

SALARY: 1850-2200 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
