Bullpen Talent is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Systems Administrator on behalf of our client: a leading, PE-backed, B2B AI technology company that helps teams plan, connect, and perform in the workplace. In this role, you'll shape the systems that power their go-to-market engine while partnering with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Revenue Operations. Day-to-day involves building scalable workflows, modernizing the AI-enabled revenue technology stack, and helping create a trusted data foundation that allows the business to move faster and make better decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee system architecture, platform governance, administration, and performance for a Salesforce instance supporting 250+ users.

- Architect scalable Salesforce solutions that optimize revenue operations, sales forecasting, approval management, and customer lifecycle workflows.

- Direct platform security, user access, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), permission structures, and compliance initiatives.

- Construct and refine Salesforce flows, system configurations, automated processes, and validation rules.

- Manage the DealHub CPQ platform while driving continuous improvements across quote-to-cash operations.

- Architect, maintain, and troubleshoot cross-platform integrations within the GTM ecosystem, including HubSpot, Gong, Accord, Gainsight, BigQuery, Fivetran, and prospective applications.

- Evaluate, deploy, and streamline AI-powered workflows utilizing Model Context Protocol (MCP) connectors and modern automation tools.

- Ensure high data integrity through governance frameworks, routine audits, validation strategies, and active monitoring.

- Develop reports and executive dashboards that deliver clear visibility into pipeline, ARR, revenue forecasting, and key operational metrics.

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, RevOps, and IT to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Head release management practices, platform enhancements, technical documentation, end-user training, and continuous improvement efforts.

- Pinpoint opportunities where AI agents can automate repetitive operational tasks while upholding quality standards and governance.

Must-have

- Over 5 years of experience managing Salesforce platforms within a SaaS Go-To-Market or Revenue Operations setting.

- Extensive background in configuring Salesforce settings, system automation, security frameworks, and overall platform governance.

- Direct, practical experience utilizing enterprise quote-to-cash systems like DealHub, Salesforce CPQ, or comparable solutions.

- Proven track record of designing and maintaining enterprise-level integrations, webhooks, and REST APIs.

- Demonstrated history of establishing scalable frameworks for reporting, validation, and data governance.

- Solid grasp of Salesforce architectural principles, Apex basics, validation rules, and Salesforce Flows.

- Skilled in assisting executive leadership through strategic initiatives and high-level operational reporting.

- Talent for translating complex technical ideas into clear, accessible language for business partners.

- High level of ownership with a proven ability to prioritize, execute effectively, and drive ongoing system enhancements.

- Proficient in AI capabilities—including prompt engineering, evaluating AI-driven workflows, managing AI assistants, and recognizing automation possibilities while preserving governance and human supervision.
