Responsibilities • Own day-to-day  Greenhouse and recruiting systems operations , including job setup, workflows, permissions, templates, and data maintenance.

• Maintain high standards of recruiting data accuracy, integrity, and reporting quality through regular audits and data management.

• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate recruiting processes .

• Build and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards , providing insights into hiring activity, pipeline health, and operational performance.

• Partner with Recruiters, TA leadership, HRIS, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and drive system/process improvements .

• Own and independently drive selected recruiting operations projects from scoping through implementation , with opportunities to lead initiatives that improve systems, processes, and recruiter experience.

Qualifications • 5+ years of directly relevant experience in Recruiting Operations, TA Operations, Recruiting Systems, or a related field.

• Strong hands-on experience with Greenhouse or another leading ATS.

• Experience with recruiting data, reporting, workflow optimization, and process improvement.

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and drive initiatives to completion.

• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and partner effectively across teams.
