Legal Consultant - M&A (Part-time)

We are currently on the lookout for Legal Consultants with M&A experience on a part-time basis to join our ranks and support our clients:

• Lead and support M&A and other corporate transactions, including due diligence, drafting, negotiating and closing, working with external counsel

Requirements & Qualifications

• Circa 5-10 years’ PQE experienced in advising / supporting M&A transactions from financial institutions/ corporates / law firms
