Purpose of Position

Technology works best when people barely notice it. That's where you come in.

We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join our Global IT Support team and provide on-site support from our Warsaw office. Reporting to the IT Support Team Lead, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional technology services to employees both on-site and remotely across multiple countries.

In this role, you will troubleshoot technical issues, improve the end-user experience, and help maintain a secure, reliable, and efficient IT environment. Due to the hands-on nature of IT support, this role is primarily office-based and requires on-site presence. Flexibility is available in accordance with business requirements and local policies.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support and resolve common second-line issues, escalating more complex incidents to specialist teams where required within defined SLAs and ensuring a positive end-user experience.

• Install, configure, maintain, and support laptops (Windows & macOS), mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and meeting room technology.

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, by ensuring timely equipment preparation and collection.

• Assist with IT asset tracking and inventory updates.

Nice to Have

• Support Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other collaboration tools.

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests using identity and access management tools.

Continuous Learning: Technology evolves quickly, and so do we. As part of this role, you may be encouraged or required to complete relevant technical training and certifications to enhance your skills and support our global IT environment. We are committed to supporting your professional development.

Skills & Expertise

• Fluent in English and Polish.

• Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, or Desktop Support role, ideally within a multi-site or international environment is beneficial.

• Troubleshooting skills across Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as common hardware and peripheral devices.

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

• Experience using IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, preferably Jira to log, prioritize, and resolve support requests.

Our Offer

• Flexi-Week : We prioritise your mental health and wellbeing by offering you a four-day Flexi-Week (with one lighter or completely disconnected day per week) at full pay, with no reduction to your annual holiday allowance.

• Flexi-office : We offer an international culture and flexibility through our hybrid/remote working scheme which is designed to foster a culture of mutual trust and working flexibility.

• Work Expense Contribution & Remote Working Furniture : You will receive a monthly allowance to cover part of your running costs, as well as a furniture package to support you in setting up a comfortable workspace when working from home.

• Health and Wellbeing : With our support and access to various initiatives and sports offers, you can focus on your mental and physical wellbeing.

• Development : We’ve built our extensive training suite, Awin Academy, to cover a wide range of skills that support your professional and personal growth, with trainings conveniently packaged to help your overall development.

• Appreciation : Thank and reward colleagues by sending them a voucher through our peer-to-peer recognition programme.

We are hiring in multiple countries for this role. Additional benefits, including health and wellbeing offerings, will be discussed during the initial interview.
