What We’re Looking For
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, with strong preference for time in a Medicaid managed care organization, a state Medicaid agency, or an advisory role supporting Medicaid managed care clients.
• Deep subject matter expertise in Medicaid managed care, including state Medicaid policy, procurement and contracting, delivery system reform, quality and access priorities, and how policy interacts with product strategy across Medicaid populations such as LTSS, TANF, expansion adults, children and families, individuals with disabilities, and other eligibility groups.
• Strong consulting aptitude, including the ability to lead a dynamic portfolio of projects and clients, apply critical and strategic thinking across a broad range of Medicaid managed care topics, and ensure client service excellence.
• Experience supporting Medicaid managed care RFP readiness and response, including market assessment, positioning, strategy development, solutioning, proposal content, and implementation planning.
• Demonstrated ability to support Medicaid managed care operational priorities, including health plan operations, clinical models, provider networks, quality improvement, member experience, and performance improvement.
