ARSIEM is looking for a motivated Senior AI Engineer with a proven track record in software engineering and deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) techniques to support the exciting new AI and Emerging Technologies (AI&ET) mission. The engineer will work closely with mission stakeholders to capture requirements, aid in structured planning, and improve the certification process by introducing AI/ML tooling. Additionally, the engineer will use AI/ML to develop tools and techniques to include fine tuning Large Language Models (LLM) that assist in enhanced vulnerability identification and mitigation capabilities. This position will support one of our government clients in Linthicum, MD.

Responsibilities • Work in a variety of environments to develop analytics based on data from multiple cyber sources, as well as classic SIGINT via data tagging.

• Creatively leverage disparate data to fill knowledge gaps in user activities, collection efforts, and technology discovery.

Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree plus 2-years of relevant experience or equivalent.

• Proficiency with object-oriented languages (JAVA and Python) and experience with PySpark, ETL, Pig, MapReduce, JSON, BSON, and Hadoop.

Preferred Qualifications • Knowledge of customer corporate tools, GM, and data repositories.

Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a U.S. citizen for consideration.   Candidate Referral: Do you know someone who would be GREAT at this role?
