About the Role We’re looking for a Brand Manager to shape how we are perceived - both as a product company and as a workplace. From social presence to events and candidate touchpoints, you will build a strong, consistent narrative that attracts high-potential talent and strengthens our overall brand. Working closely with People & Culture, marketing, and leadership, you’ll turn our culture, products, and way of working into a scalable and compelling brand.

What You’ll Do • Own and shape AppNation’s brand and employer brand strategy, strengthening awareness, credibility, and positioning across all channels.

• Lead content and social media, creating engaging stories that reflect our products, culture, and way of working.

• Manage and improve brand touchpoints, including our website, careers pages, digital assets, and company merchandise.

• Shape company culture and employee experience through internal initiatives, storytelling, and communication.

• Own and enhance the candidate experience across all touchpoints, from first impression to offer.

• Build communities and lead internal and external events, meetups, and university collaborations.

• Track brand and employer brand performance, using data and insights to improve engagement, reach, and hiring outcomes.

What We’re Looking For • 2-5 years of experience in brand, content, social media, community, or employer branding.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create engaging and authentic content.

• Experience managing social media accounts, following content trends, and building communities.

• Understanding of company culture, employee experience, and internal engagement.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical skills and understanding of how brand impacts growth, hiring, and retention.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
