As a Marketing & Social Commerce Strategist (Research & Analytics) , you will turn data into actionable business growth by combining statistical modeling, generative AI, and digital marketing strategy. You will leverage quantitative methods such as regression analysis, scripting, and LLM applications to generate insights, optimize performance, and drive scalable growth for brands. Working at the intersection of analytics and commercial strategy, you will support social commerce initiatives, performance marketing campaigns, and consumer research projects to solve complex business challenges in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

 

What You'll Do

• Develop a deep understanding of marketing models including commerce and full funnel activation.

• Translate business and marketing questions into structured, hypothesis-driven statistical analyses.

• Analyze multi-channel social commerce data across platforms to uncover performance trends.

• Run regression models (linear, multivariate, and log-linear) to calculate price elasticity of demand, media attribution, and marketing mix models to understand growth drivers, ROI and ROAS.

• Use LLMs, prompt engineering, and basic scripts (Python, SQL, or R) to automate data cleaning and run diagnostics.

• Stay updated with emerging AI tools, advanced analytics frameworks, and digital marketing trends.

• Become a key insight partner to the Vietnam marketing and social commerce teams to impact sales, retention and business growth

• Develop advanced analytical frameworks—measuring adstock decay, media half-lives, and causal lift to guide business decisions

• Build scalable analytics processes, AI-driven workflows, and automated marketing mix models (MMM) to elevate decision-making across Asia.

 

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s Degree is required

• 2–3 years of experience in quantitative analytics, insights, marketing intelligence, database management, or related roles.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a solid foundation in statistics (hypothesis testing, variance, correlation, and regression).

• Solid understanding of digital marketing and Southeast Asian e-commerce networks (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada) and key metrics (ROAS, CAC, CVR).

• Comfortable processing large, messy datasets from multiple social, media, and programmatic ad sources.

• General familiarity with data science concepts, predictive modeling, and automated workflows.

• Hands-on familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and using generative AI to streamline daily workflows.

• Basic scripting capability (Python, SQL, or R) to clean, merge, and query databases.

• Curious, collaborative, and proactive—someone who thrives on making things happen.
