End-to-End Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an energetic  Freelance End-to-End Talent Acquisition Specialist  to manage high-volume sourcing, auditions, and payment processing for our freelance live sellers across Meta, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop . You will recruit candidates, conduct auditions, compute payouts within budget limits, and coordinate with our internal teams to ensure timely payment releases.

What You'll Do

• Drive high-volume recruitment and sourcing of aspiring live sellers across social channels, internal talent pools, and local job boards.

• Conduct h video screenings and camera auditions to evaluate presence, real-time sales energy, product presentation, and platform alignment.

• Manage live seller onboarding, contract and rate negotiations.

• Setting clear expectations regarding campaign schedules and deliverables.

• Partner directly with internal stakeholders ( HR and Live Commerce teams) to maintain a steady, high-volume pipeline of reliable live seller talent.

• Conduct rigorous validation of payment data and rates to prevent processing errors and ensure data integrity.

• Cross-reference and audit all live seller earnings against verified shift logs and contract terms to ensure 100% alignment before consolidating figures into templates for Finance submission.

• Proactively resolve any payment discrepancies or rate clarifications with live sellers, serving as the primary lead for payroll cutoffs and ensuring accurate, timely payout updates.

Who You Are

• 1–2 years in agency talent scouting, junior recruitment, host casting, or volume hiring coordination in the Philippines, with hands-on experience handling basic vendor/freelancer payout computations.

• Practical familiarity with the Meta, Shopee Live, Lazada, and TikTok Shop creator landscapes.

• Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (e.g., basic formulas, data logging, roster tracking) to process routine, error-free payout summaries.

• Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision

• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

• Result-oriented, detail-oriented, and highly organized
