Required Qualifications • 5+ years of hands-on industry experience in one or more of the following:

• Industrial maintenance

• Industrial electrical

• Electrical maintenance

• Electro-mechanical systems

• Manufacturing maintenance

• Automation and controls

• PLCs

• Mechanical maintenance

• Industrial machinery

• Mechatronics

• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment and systems.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation.

• Strong commitment to workplace safety and proper work practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to individuals with varying levels of education and experience.

• Ability and willingness to work in a hands-on training environment.

Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience teaching, training, mentoring, or supervising employees.

• Experience working with apprentices, entry-level technicians, or individuals entering the skilled trades.

• PLC programming or troubleshooting experience.

• Industrial automation and controls experience.

• Manufacturing or production equipment experience.

• OSHA and/or NFPA 70E knowledge.

• Lockout/Tagout experience.

• Relevant industry certifications or licenses.

• Associate degree, technical diploma, or formal training in electrical, electro-mechanical, industrial maintenance, automation, mechatronics, or a related field.

Teaching experience is preferred but not required. Strong industry experience combined with the ability to teach, communicate, and mentor others is highly valued.
