• Develop detailed design systems, templates, and campaign guidelines to support efficient production and maintain visual standards across all touchpoints.

• Think strategically to further creative concepts and communication strategies across the brand’s reach.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including marketing, product, and content—to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual solutions.

• Communicate design decisions and creative direction clearly to stakeholders, fostering alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

• Contribute to the growth of the creative team by mentoring junior designers, sharing feedback, and driving a culture of design excellence.

Qualifications • A creative digital portfolio or samples of work demonstrating creative excellence in art direction and visual design are required with your application.

• Proven experience developing integrated marketing campaigns across diverse strategies, channels, and product categories.

• Strong, elevated design direction with a modern aesthetic across visual storytelling, art direction, and experiential/in-store environments.

• Expert understanding of typography, layout, composition, color theory, and brand identity systems.

• Demonstrated experience across advertising, marketing, brand development, sales promotion, and digital media communications.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

• Deep awareness of current and emerging creative trends—especially in fashion, athletics, motorsports, and performance-driven industries.

• Solid grasp of the end-to-end creative process, from concept through production, with strong storytelling and digital design capabilities.

• Confident working with executive stakeholders to ideate, strategize, and execute compelling creative solutions that meet company goals.

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a brand, agency, or design studio environment.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
