Who You Are • 3+ years in digital media, adtech or platform sales, ideally across SMB or high-volume portfolios

• A genuine hunter — you enjoy cold outreach, you work the reactivation list, and you do not wait for inbound

• Relentless energy and activity levels: five meetings and two proposals a week without being asked twice

• Disciplined in CRM — you treat Salesforce as your own forecasting tool, not as admin

• Confident presenting to founders, marketing managers and agency teams, and comfortable running workshops

• Commercially sharp, resilient under target pressure, and quick to turn a client conversation into a proposal

• Johannesburg-based, with a valid driver's licence and willingness to travel locally for client meetings
