Strategic Procurement Specialist (Dongguan, China)

Responsibilities: • Identifying and evaluating new suppliers of components and materials to meet assigned requirements within specified deadlines and budget constraints, as well as working with the existing supplier base;

• Monitoring component delivery timelines and prices;

• Drafting and negotiating contracts in Ukrainian and English;

• Negotiating payment terms and shipping arrangements with suppliers;

• Handling compensation claims and product complaints with suppliers;

• Visiting suppliers in person and conducting negotiations.

Requirements: • Higher education (preferably in Economics or a related field);

• At least 2 years of experience in procurement;

• Basic knowledge of foreign economic activity (FEA);

• Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously;

• Ability to identify problems and find effective solutions;

• Proficiency in MS Office;

• Experience working with Google Workspace tools;

• Experience working with 1C will be an advantage;

• Experience working with Jira/Confluence will be an advantage;

• English — Upper-Intermediate level (B2);

• Chinese — conversational proficiency (HSK 4/HSK 5, with speaking proficiency of at least HSKK Intermediate level).
