• Anticipate client and program needs, proactively identifying solutions and following through to completion.

• Maintain a high standard of client satisfaction across all assigned business.

• Manage programs from initial planning through execution and completion.

• Gather and confirm all required program details to ensure seamless execution.

• Establish and manage timelines, priorities, deliverables, and deadlines.

• Monitor program progress and proactively address potential issues before they impact execution.

• Manage a high volume of programs and accounts at various stages of development.

• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across all aspects of program administration and execution.

Team Collaboration & Communication

• Act as a liaison between clients, retail partners, suppliers, and internal service teams.

• Clearly communicate program requirements and ensure all stakeholders have the information needed for successful execution.

• Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure program details are complete, accurate, and effectively communicated.

• Provide regular, concise updates to management regarding program status, priorities, challenges, and required actions.

• Contribute positively to a collaborative, accountable, and service-focused team environment.

Experience & Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in program/account management, marketing agency services, event management, CPG, retail marketing, or a related environment.

• Demonstrated experience managing multiple client programs, projects, or accounts simultaneously.

• Strong client-service mindset with confidence interacting directly with clients and business partners.

• Exceptional organizational, administrative, and time-management skills.

• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to self-monitor and maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.

• Ability to prioritize effectively and meet competing deadlines.

• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business technology.

• Experience or familiarity with AI productivity applications is considered an asset.

What Success Looks Like You are someone who takes ownership, follows through, communicates proactively, and keeps programs moving forward.
