About Aethos Monterosa

In the middle of the Aosta Valley, below the Monte Rosa and Cervino glaciers, lies Aethos Monterosa – a 30-room five-star active luxury resort featuring two F&B outlets, a SPA, and its own climbing and ice climbing wall. We are expanding the property with 20 additional rooms and are looking for an outstanding team to join us for the upcoming summer season. The essence of great hospitality is always an exceptional team—that’s why we are looking for you!

Responsabilità principali • Accogliere gli ospiti al check-in e check-out garantendo un servizio cordiale ed efficiente

• Gestire prenotazioni, richieste e informazioni relative al soggiorno degli ospiti

• Rispondere a chiamate, email e richieste dirette con professionalità e tempestività

• Gestire pagamenti, fatturazione e transazioni in contanti e con carta in modo accurato

• Fornire informazioni su servizi dell'hotel, strutture locali ed eventi, offrendo consigli personalizzati

• Gestire reclami e criticità degli ospiti con prontezza, garantendo la loro soddisfazione

• Coordinarsi con housekeeping, F&B e altri reparti per garantire un'esperienza fluida agli ospiti

• Mantenere aggiornati i sistemi di prenotazione e la documentazione relativa agli ospiti

• Garantire il rispetto degli standard Aethos Hotel in materia di servizio, sicurezza e riservatezza dei dati

• Mantenere sempre un atteggiamento caloroso, professionale e attento ai dettagli

Requisiti • La conoscenza fluente di inglese e italiano è indispensabile

• Un'esperienza di 2+ anni in ruoli di front office o reception è un plus

• Deve possedere un'innata predisposizione all'accoglienza ed essere appassionato/a del settore hospitality in generale

• Buona dimestichezza con i sistemi di gestione alberghiera (PMS) e le procedure di check-in/check-out

• Orario flessibile - possono essere necessari turni prolungati, notturni e copertura regolare di eventi serali

• Capacità di gestire più richieste contemporaneamente mantenendo precisione e attenzione ai dettagli

• Deve saper ascoltare, comprendere e chiarire con efficacia le eventuali criticità sollevate dagli ospiti, offrendo soluzioni tempestive

• Garantisce una presenza regolare nel rispetto degli standard Aethos Hotel, secondo la programmazione, che varierà in base alle esigenze della struttura

• Rispetta gli standard e le normative Aethos Hotel, contribuendo a operazioni alberghiere sicure ed efficienti

• Mantiene sempre un atteggiamento caloroso, professionale e genuino, anche nei momenti di maggiore affluenza
