About Aethos Monterosa

In the middle of the Aosta Valley, below the Monte Rosa and Cervino glaciers, lies Aethos Monterosa – a 30-room five-star active luxury resort featuring two F&B outlets, a SPA, and its own climbing and ice climbing wall. We are expanding the property with 20 additional rooms and are looking for an outstanding team to join us for the upcoming summer season. The essence of great hospitality is always an exceptional team—that’s why we are looking for you!

Responsabilità principali • Accogliere gli ospiti all'arrivo, offrendo assistenza con bagagli ed effetti personali

• Accompagnare gli ospiti in camera, illustrando i servizi e le caratteristiche principali della struttura

• Gestire il trasporto e la custodia dei bagagli durante check-in, check-out e su richiesta degli ospiti

• Fornire informazioni su servizi dell'hotel, strutture locali e attività, offrendo consigli personalizzati

• Assistere gli ospiti con piccole richieste e commissioni durante il soggiorno

• Collaborare con la reception e gli altri reparti per garantire un servizio fluido e coordinato

• Mantenere ordinati e curati gli spazi comuni e l'ingresso della struttura

• Gestire con discrezione e prontezza eventuali richieste speciali degli ospiti

• Garantire il rispetto degli standard Aethos Hotel in materia di servizio e sicurezza

• Mantenere sempre un atteggiamento cordiale, disponibile e attento ai dettagli

Requisiti • La conoscenza fluente di italiano e inglese è indispensabile

• Patente di guida in corso di validità

• Un'esperienza di 1+ anni in ruoli simili è un plus

• Deve possedere un'innata predisposizione all'accoglienza ed essere appassionato/a del settore hospitality in generale

• Buona forma fisica per la gestione dei bagagli e degli spostamenti frequenti

• Orario flessibile - possono essere necessari turni prolungati e copertura regolare di eventi serali

• Capacità di gestire più richieste contemporaneamente mantenendo prontezza ed efficienza

• Deve saper ascoltare, comprendere e chiarire con efficacia le eventuali richieste degli ospiti

• Garantisce una presenza regolare nel rispetto degli standard Aethos Hotel, secondo la programmazione, che varierà in base alle esigenze della struttura

• Rispetta gli standard e le normative Aethos Hotel, contribuendo a operazioni alberghiere sicure ed efficienti

• Mantiene sempre un atteggiamento caloroso, cordiale e genuino
