What You’ll Do as and Professional Services Associate:

- Delivery of implementation projects, driving customers to success and value realization on the platform.

- Follow project plans, respecting deadlines, and communicating proactively about progress and risks.

- Craft best-in-class financial models to optimize and enhance clients' existing processes.

- Onboard, train, and support clients, transforming them into Abacum experts.

- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to brainstorm and develop innovations in our features.

You have…

- 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing a financial planning/EPM platform; this is a requirement, not a nice-to-have (such as Anaplan, Adaptive, Drivetrain, Pigment, or similar).

- Ability to explain financial and technical concepts clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Working knowledge of FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, consolidation), enough to challenge a client's assumptions, not just document them.

- Proficiency with Excel and ability to build financial models.

- Experience with SaaS project tools and Agile/hybrid methodologies.

- Strong client-facing communication, comfortable presenting to and influencing senior finance stakeholders.

- Formal Project Management Qualifications are a plus, not a requirement.
